Do I get confirmation that my members hip is renewed after paying my GUIDO?

You mean when you buy it interactively online or using the app?

Or when it auto renews if you have that enabled?

I think you do in both cases.

But if you don't then just check your account online or using the app to check what your current membership status, expiry date and allowance balances are.

And what "next" memberships are on your account.
