Hi, I just got a msg saying I have used all my data, but I did not use any on my phone, any ideas

How do you know for sure that some app or even some other user didn't use up your data?
Many phones have a built in data usage monitor or you can install apps to track data usage.
If in doubt contact 48 support and they should be able to clarify if/when you used up your data.
