Constant interruptions to enter phone number

I think I posted here before about this - from what I remember there's nothing I can do to stop the constant pop ups? It's definitely got worse in the last few days for some reason, it's beyond frustrating

What exactly do they say and when do they appear?

What make and model of phone?

For what it's worth I don't get any popups.
