Change plan

Hi Hi, I’d like to change my current 48 plan to the student plan. I’m paying €12.99 at the moment and I’d like to switch to the €10.99 student plan. What do I need to do?

You asked the same question almost two years ago but you never responded to my suggestions back then:

If changing your registered email address to your student address doesn't give you the option of buying a student membership plan:

then, as I suggested before, you'll probably need to contact 48 support to see if they can assist.
