I have topped up €26.00 but l am unable to make calls

Can you receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data? 

When were you last able to make calls? 

What happens when you try to make a call? Any error messages? 

What exactly do you mean by "topped up €26.00"?

Do you mean cash credit or membership plan(s)?

Do you have an active membership plan? 

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, expiry date, cash credit balance, etc.?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?
