My contract has expired and I want to renew it, but I cannot log in to renew it because I forgot my email address. Can you help me solve this problem?

How did you log in to post here?
Surely you used the email address and password?
If you don't know your email address for logging into your My48 account then you'll have to contact 48 support.
However I'm not sure that they will be able to do anything as I think they need you to confirm your email address in order to deal with account queries.
