hi need to buy plan. I enter my card details and a grey notification comes up saying that there was an error, try back again later. I have tried numerous times.advice please

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?
If this problem occurs when using the app then try the web interface instead (or vice versa) in case that makes any difference.
