When I log in to my account it says...
You're missing an active plan 😌
Buy our All Data plan. Get all 5G data, calls and texts.
But when I go click on that, it says...
Sorry you are not allowed to purchase memberships, since you have a Bundle in progress
Continue
When I click on the above I get the first message again, and so on and so forth. Really annoying! Argh!!

This is a common problem:
and you'll have to contact 48 support to get them to look into and rectify this.

Unfortunately nobody from 48 has ever explained why this issue keeps happening for some users and why they can't fix whatever problem causes it.
