Can't buy plan - get "oops ..." error message

I am not able to change my plan to 5g. When I select the €12.99 option, and try to change, I get an oops screen

You mean it says "oops something went wrong we are working on a fix"?

If that's the case then you'll probably need to contact 48 support to get them to look into and fix this.
