Can't buy membership - "bundle in progress"

Recently purchased this sim, I already activated my sim however when I tried to avail membership it showed bundle in progress. How can I avail mobile data or plan.

This is a common problem for new users. 

You'll have to contact 48 support to get them to look into and fix this for you.
