Can't buy first membership plan - "bundle in progress"

Hi i got a 48 sim a day ago but when i try to buy a membership it say cant purchase membership is in process how do i fix that

This is an issue that hits some customers from time to time for some reason.

You'll have to contact 48 support for assistance with this.

I already addressed your original post and advised you to contact 48 support about this.
