Bought new plan but it hasn't started yet

Hi, I have both 2 plans and neither have came through which leaves me with no data.
The answer I get on the plan is, upcoming plan on the 14th of August and the 14th of September. After buying another plan it explained it would come through in the next 5 minutes this did not happen and haven’t had data since late last night.

Are you sure that your current plan doesn't run until midnight tonight and then the plan that's stacked on your account still kick in then? 

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current plan status? 

If that's the case and you have used up your monthly data allowance then you can buy a data add-on to continue using mobile data until the new plan starts: 

Membership plans always run their full monthly course and a new one can't be started until the current one expires.

If you're habitually using up your mobile data allowance then you might want to consider switching to the €12.99 plan which offers unlimited mobile data so you can't run out.
