Bill paid yesterday, still "You're missing an active plan"

This has happened a number of times since I switched to 48.ie. I have a 12.99 plan that has been automatically paid from my bank account (auto-renew is 'on', and I saw the money leave my bank account yesterday). Yet today, 48.ie tells me I do not have an active plan, so I cannot make any calls.

In my account I see that my credit balance is €9.78. Why, if I paid 12.99 yesterday?

Got this reply through the Chat facility eventually at 10:02

Beats me why they can't post this somewhere so everyone knows what's going on!
