Not sure what exactly you mean by this:
but, in case it's relevant, 48 (unlike some other providers) don't support group/family accounts allowing more than one SIM/phone number/membership plan to be managed under a single login.
And a membership plan can't be shared between two users.
Every SIM/phone number/membership plan needs its own login and associated email address.
So your husband will need to create an account using his own email address, order a SIM, and get set up the same way that you did originally.

By the way, it's not a great idea to post personal details such as your husband's name and phone number in a public forum like this where anybody can see and use them.
