I have been alerted to the fact that my internet allowance has run out however I can't get into my account to add some money why is this ???

How are you trying to access it - on the website, using the app?

I discovered my bank card had been stopped as there had been a phishing attempt from China

What has that got to do with not being able to access your 48 account?!
