SIM replacement order - when will it arrive?

I have ordered a new sim because my phone got stolen and sim is gone with that can you please advise when will I receive it

SIM orders normally take 5-7 working days to arrive.

How and when will my SIM be delivered?

Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use AnPost for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 5-7 business days.

If it takes longer than that then you'll need to contact 48 support to ask them why there's a delay. 

I guess that there could be delays with the volume of Christmas holiday post.
