I can't pay with my card anytime I try the screen cones up all white and says use password but I actually can't see anything just a white box

I have my membership set to auto renew, and to use my credit first before my card.My balance is 10.75. Will it take the 10.75 from my credit, and then 9.25 from my card, or must my credit be 20?Thanks.
