Roaming not working in Poland even with new SIM

I put new SIM card in my phone, supposed to make it easier to connect my phone in Poland. Still had problems connecting and my wife’s phone would not connect. I am just wondering am I wasting time with 48 or should I go back to Vodafone

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems when trying to use roaming services for some reason and nobody from 48 has ever explained why or provided a guaranteed fix.

As such, the usual generic advice for roaming issues applies...
