Fist off it's not a good idea to post personal details such as your phone number on a public forum like this where anybody can see and use it.
You might want to edit your post to remove it.
When was your number working ok last?
When did you last successfully buy and use a membership plan?
What exactly do you mean by "not active" and "restore it"?
What exactly is/isn't working?
Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
Incoming/outgoing calls/texts, mobile data?
