I bought a new phone Samsung and the problem that every time I try to put the SIM in they ask for a pin number I did put it more than one time and it was the correct one then they ask me for the puk number because the SIM was blocked I did put right and it not working
What should I do

What is the prompt when it's looking for a pin?

Are you sure that it's unlocked for use on any network?

If it is then entering the PIN or PUK should work.
