How to get calls/text history for previous month?

I need get my calls and texts history from beginning of this month up to current date thanks

Doesn't your phone already have this info in your messaging app and call logs? 

If not then you'll have to contact 48 support to ask them if they can provide such logs. 

While they may be obliged to retain such data for legal/regulatory purposes

I'm not sure that they issue such logs to customers as a matter of course.
