there should be a 48 discord server, would probably be a more efficent way to communicate with their customers. mainly because this louge area is not that discovarble and people wouldnt have to wait for live chat for a simple question. and live chat wouldnt be flogged with simple questions. just have a pop up on the website that gave a link for the sever
If by "lounge area" you mean this community forum then it's really not that difficult to find via the support link when you log into your My48 account.
Aside from that you should probably contact 48 support with your suggestion as they don't generally read or respond to posts here.
