Best place to get a handset

Hi

hi, I want to get my daughter a phone for her 13th birthday soon. I want to use 48 but I don't have a handset, I don't have a phone I mean. I certainly don't want to get a contract phone, my wife pays €45 to Three each month for her's, rip off. 

Any ideas 48 community? Maybe Done Deal??

Depends on what sort of handset you are looking for an what your budget is.

You need to an unlocked handset for it to work on 48.

You can buy SIM free/unlocked handsets from various places - e.g. Argos, Carphone Warehouse etc.

Second hand as you mention is also an option but only from a seller that you can trust.
