I want to cancel the package I ordered today.

What exactly do you mean? 

Did you buy a membership plan today? 

And you want a refund for it? 

Why? 

If it has started already then I don't think that 48 will refund it 

Or is the issue something else?

What does your Transactions page say about your payment?

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?

Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming membership plans?

If you are looking for a refund then you'll have to contact 48 support to ask them about this. 

They don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
