Hello,
I purchased a €13 plan with 48 Mobile, but I am not satisfied with the network coverage and service quality in my area. I would like to exercise my 14-day right to cancel and request a refund.
Please let me know the next steps.

There's no €13 plan. 

I presume you mean the €12.99 plan? 

What exactly is the issue that you're experiencing? 

What exactly is/isn't working? 

Connection to the 48 network (i.e. signal bars), incoming/outgoing calls, incoming/outgoing texts, mobile data?

Where are you located? 

Do you know anyone else on 48 to check their experience with it?

If you want a refund then you'll need to contact 48 support and ask them about this.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

In accordance with your statutory entitlements you have a 14 day right to cancel an agreement for 48 Services or goods bought by you. Your cancellation period will expire 14 days after you buy your first 48 membership which is when 48 deems the service contract to commence.

If you choose to cancel your agreement with us please contact our Customer Care team as set out in your order confirmation email. Where you use your cancellation right we will reimburse payments made by you. Please note that you will be responsible for changes which apply for using any services provided by us. Please note that cancellation rights are provided to consumers only..
