Home Address not being recognized (or frozen out ?)

SIM ordered 2 days ago hasn't arrived yet

i have applied for the sim 2 days before but still sim has not reached to my address

Can't activate SIM - says too many ordered from my address

I ordered sim in 48 but it is popping that many has ordered in this address but this is the first time I am ordering

Where do I find my account number from my previous SIM?

I have Ordered the sim card on the Website , but still i have not recieved.Also there is no Tracking Number Available or given to track.Please help as i need this sim card asap for being new student.
