Wrong number

I’m not sure if my number is wrong, I kept my old one and wrote it with the 0 at the start. It’s a normal Irish 10 digit number. When checking my details on the my 48 it came up with 2 zero’s at the start making the number 11 digits. I’m not sure if it effects it in anyway or if that’s normal

You mean under My48 > My Profile > My Details?

So, if your number is 0871234567 it's actually showing 00871234567? 

Is it the same on the website and on the app?

That seems odd.

But if everything is working and you can make and receive calls and send/receive texts then presumably everything is ok?

Maybe contact 48 support and ask them about it?
