Hi all I was using my phone to port another number to 48 as I am with 48 but they put the other number on my sim how can I get it back

Your post  is a bit unclear.

You'll need to explain more clearly what the issue is. 

If you inadvertently ported another number to your own account and overwrote your own number then I think that you're probably stuck with the new number and have lost your original number.
