Why was my sim deactivated I had only bought a new membership at the start of the week why is this happening to me

What exactly do you mean by "deactivated"?

What are the symptoms of the problem?

What is working/not working?

E.g. do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

Are any services working at all - outgoing/incoming calls, outgoing/incoming texts, mobile data?

Any error messages on the phone?

When did the problem start and did anything change on the phone before that?

E.g. new phone, settings changes, software update, factory reset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?
