Are you sure that you meet the criteria to qualify for this offer?
What membership plan have you been buying previously?
If you did qualify for this €3 discount/€9.99 plan for 6 months then are you sure that you kept membership plan auto-renewal enabled on order to continue to qualify for the offer?
