Voicemail not working

I’ve recently changed to 48 and I cannot get my voicemail working. I have it set up with my own message, but it just doesn’t work. I have tried resetting the phone removing the SIM.

Resetting the phone and removing the SIM isn't going to help with voicemail issues.

You need to follow the instructions here very carefully as it's very easy to get some of the codes wrong.
