Topped up by €26 but told to top up again a month later

Good afternoon. When I activated my SIM card, I topped up my account with 26 euros as instructed. This should last me two months. A month later, I received a message saying I need to top up my account again.

Did you buy a membership plan?

You need a monthly membership plan to use services on 48.

If you just topped up your cash credit balance with €26 then that's not the same thing.

Unlike many other pay as you go services 48 requires you to buy a monthly plan/bundle to use services and won't work off cash credit alone.

Another possibility is that your first payment was €12.99 for activation plus €12.99 for your first membership plan - i.e. €25.98 in total.

In that case, unless you qualify for the second month free offer, you need to buy a new membership plan for your second month.

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming plans?

If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.
