What happens when you try?
I presume that by "top up ... for 10 euro" you're trying to add €10 cash credit to your account?
Any error messages?
When were you last able to add cash credit successfully?
Is your payment card still valid, not frozen via your online banking, and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card?
