Still waiting for my sim card...how can I get in touch with the support team? I reorder a sim.again...i don't know what is sería ng

When did you order it? 

SIM orders can take up to 7 working days to be delivered as far as I know and as far as 48 have previously stated.

If you ordered more than once and never received it then are you absolutely sure that you're entering the correct address and eircode?

What does this mean?
