Sim card not working.

My sim card isn't recieving any calls and messages. Sim is activated and I,m subscribed to €11 membership aswell still not working every other sim is working on my phone except mine. Please Help Thanks.

Was it working before or are you just joining 48?

Can you get a network connection at all?

If you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

If not, is roaming enabled?

Is the phone unlocked for use on any network?
