Are you sure that the process was completed properly in order to qualify for Recruit and Reward benefits?
Did they obtain a SIM using your referral link, activate that SIM and purchase a membership plan?
If they did and you did not receive your bonus then you'll have to contact 48 support for assistance.
Did they receive their bonus(es?)?
