Ported wrong number to my account and lost my main number

I was tried to port my wife number to 48 by using my account and unfortunately my current 48 number is deactivated. Can you help me to retrieve my number

If you mean that you inadvertently ported your wife's number to your account and in the process lost your own number then I don't think that you'll be able to get it back unfortunately.

You should contact 48 support as a matter of urgency to see if that can do anything for you.
