Overpaid for 2nd month - how to get a refund?

How is it your second month when you're with 48 for two years?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases?

If you think that you're due a refund then you'll need to contact 48 support directly yourself to ask them about this. 

They don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
