You really shouldn't post personal details such a your address and phone number on a public forum like this where anybody can see and use those details!
SIM orders can take up to 7 working days to arrive.
If 7 working days have elapsed since you submitted your order and it still hasn't arrived then you should try again or contact 48 support for further assistance.
