I didn’t get a sim in the post

I’m trying to transfer my number to 48 . As I didn’t get a physical SIM in the list I assumed it was an E SIM

48 don't support eSIMs at the moment.

If you didn't receive your SIM in the post then either try ordering again or contact 48 support about the first order.

If you're ordering again then make sure that the Irish postal address and eircode are 100% correct.

I don't think that you can port your number to 48 until you have a physical SIM and have activated it.
