Was it working before today?
Did anything change with the phone? Software update, settings changes, factory reset etc.?
Are you getting a connection to the 48 network? I.e. signal bars?
If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
Have you tried reseating the SIM in case it got dislodged?
If necessary contact 48 support for further assistance.
