No SIM cutover

Good day,

I activated my 48 SIM yesterday and initiated the process to cut my Vodafone number over.
It has been 24 hours now with no indication it has been done.
Is there any way I can reach out to 48 via email? Their chat function keeps on stating it’s offline with no Internet connection, but I’m posting this using the same Internet connection.

What is "SIM cutover"?

Did you follow the instructions here: 

Did you receive the porting security code by text to your phone while your old provider's SIM was installed and working?

Yes I followed all of that.
I got the code, inputted it and got confirmation it would take 2-4 hours. That was at 10:30am yesterday.
I’ll reach out to the help desk and find out what’s going on.
