If the phone is locked to a network then you'll need to get it unlocked before you can use it on the 48 network!
In summary, to join...
- Get your phone unlocked if necessary
- Order a new SIM
- Activate the SIM when you receive it
- Port your number over if applicable
- Buy a monthly membership plan.
- Configure your APN settings for mobile data to work if it doesn't work automatically
