Hi, I have purchased your sim and upgraded for €3 to have uk calls. Unfortunately the watch keeps telling me I don’t have enough credit or out of minutes
Help?

Do you have an active membership plan?
If not then you won't be able to make calls even with cash credit on your account.
To be able to make international calls you need an active membership plan and cash credit on your account to pay for the calls:
You'll need to clarify more details about the issue and your current membership status etc.
