48 don't do bill pay - only monthly membership plan based pay as you go.
So what are you referring to regarding "bill pay"?
Did you buy a membership plan in order to use outgoing services?
When was everything working ok for you last?
What exactly is/isn't working now?
Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
Incoming/outgoing calls?
Incoming/outgoing texts?
Mobile data?
