I moved my number on Thursday from clear mobile to 48 but my number didn’t move what is wrong?

Did you follow the instructions here without any errors? 

Did you receive the porting security code by text message to your phone in which you old provider's SIM was installed and working? 

Did you enter that code into the porting request form? 

Did you get any other messages by text or email about the process? 

Are you sure that you entered the correct account information for your old provider's account? 

You may need to contact 48 support about this.
