Moving back to 48 - "MSISDN already exists"?

I can’t move over my number because it says this misindn already exists. I was with 48 in the past and I want to move back and keep my number now.

This sometimes happens when someone has been with 48, moves away, and then tries to move back. 

You'll have to contact 48 support for assistance with getting this fixed.

Why can’t remove over my number. It’s say this misindn already exists. I’m with Vodafone now but I was with 48. How can I move back by keeping my number.
