Moved from Virgin Media to 48 but still being charged by VM

Hello,

I moved my number to 48 last month but I am still being charged by my old network virgin media. They said I choose prepaid as my old payment method instead of post/ bill paid. How to I change my port so I am not charged by my old network?

You'll have to contact Virgin Media about this.

Neither anybody here on the Community Forum nor 48 support will be able to help you with this.

Only Virgin Media can explain why they are still charging you.

Maybe you were still in contract and they are charging you for the remainder of the contract period under the terms and conditions of the contract even though you've ported your number to 48 in the meantime?

You'll have to ask them.
