You need a 48 SIM to use 48 services.
Are you saying that you have one already but it uses a different number than the one that you want to use?
The number associated with your 48 SIM/account is listed on your My48 account:
In that case just port your preferred number over from your current mobile provider for that number.
If that's not your issue then you'll need to explain the situation more clearly and in more detail.
