Issues with account, activating new SIM and moving number

Hi. I received my new SIM last Friday, tried to move my number which the website said it should take a couple of hours and I'm still waiting for it.
Also now for some reason, My48 account disappeared I'm not able to log in and if I try to recover my password it says the account doesn't exist. I had to register again (I used the same email) but can't associate the SIM with this new account as I had already activated with the previous one.
Who can fix this? And how can I contact somebody from 48?
